Our Methodology
Every matter begins with a careful reading of the documents before us — not an impression, but an actual review. We look at the decision reached, the basis given for it, and whether the process followed was the one required under Thai pension rules.
From there, we set out what we have found. We do not tell people what we think they want to hear. We tell them what we actually see, and what options exist — including the option of doing nothing.
For those who decide to proceed, we work at whatever pace suits them. Timelines in pension administration are not always within anyone's control, but the pace of our own communication and preparation is always in step with the client.
